14 Returns and Refunds

If you need to return any goods because they are not as described on the website please do get in touch at hello@fattbar.com stating your order number and issue so we can help.

Products approved for return or refund can be sent back to FattBar HQ at FattBar Ltd 45 Tower Street Edinburgh EH6 7BN and on receipt of the product we will refund you the price you paid for the goods or provide an alternative product if agreed. Products must reach us in good, unopened condition. Please include your name, address, and a contact telephone number or email with your return so we can contact you if required.
